About Neal Spector Art: Neal Spector is a Los Angeles-based artist whose work explores memory, identity, and emotional reconstruction through the visual language of cinema. He wanted a website to display his growing portfolio and to use as a calling card for prospective galleries, as his show roster is growing. He wanted a simple, clean site that allowed his provocative art to do a lot of the talking. We utilized negative space, just as his art does, and gave a nod to mid-century modernism.
Highlights
Custom lightboxes. Neal sells his art through various galleries as well as on his own, depending on the piece. We created unique pop-ups for each image with the corresponding inquiry information on each so a prospective buyer is taken directly to the correct person for purchase.
Show pages. He recently finished a show and is planning on having more soon. Neal has a unique collection for each show he does. To showcase this, we made a Shows section where each show has its own page.
Sectioned Work page. Although each show page holds its own collection, we created a Work page where a website visitor can easily view all Neal's work in one place. Because each collection he creates has its own theme, we grouped them by show so a viewer can scroll to see everything, or jump to a particular collection by clicking it in the dropdown in the top navigation menu.
